Soosan USA

is the wholly-owned North American subsidiary of Soosan Heavy Industries and all Soosan products are sold and supported directly by factory employed and trained personnel.

Soosan USA provides

a full range of hydraulic breakers from 200 to 15,000 ft/lb class to meet every configuration, application, and price point and stocks complete inventory of products, spare parts and accessories for immediate shipment in our Chicago based headquarters.

Facilities and Quality Control

Soosan’s production capacity exceeds 10,000 units annually; utilizing state-of-the-art manufacturing and employing best practices for material sourcing, machining, heat-treating, grinding, assembly and final product testing processes. Soosan’s streamlined production process is supported through strict ISO, ASTM and in-house quality control.

RAW MATERIALS

Soosan sources only the highest premium alloys and materials that undergoes strict quality testing from our long-standing, reliable vendor partners.

MACHINING

Soosan continuously re-invests in state-of-the-art machines which include fully-automated CNC horizontal and vertical drilling, milling, turning and grinding machines. Our unrivaled machining facilities maximize production efficiency and produces precise tolerance control for each components.

HEAT TREATMENT

Over 30 years of metallurgical expertise and the industry’s best heat-treatment facilities ensure long-term product reliability under the harshest application conditions. More than 25 furnaces including pit furnaces and all case furnaces to meet all heat-treating needs such as carburizing, nitriding, normalizing and tempering. A complete metallurgical lab fully tests every lot and real-time digital monitoring system controls the quality throughout the heat-treating process.

FINAL TESTING

Before final assembly breakers are hydraulically pressured tested. This procedure certifies the breaker’s production standard and quality control have been met. This extra step provides our customers confidence and satisfaction when selecting Soosan as their supplier of choice.

AFTER SALES SUPPORT

Soosan recognizes its responsibility begins with the manufacturing fine products and continues by delivering excellent after-sales support. This includes technical documentation, training, real-time spare parts inventory management and accurate order fulfillment.
